Processing time includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and preparation for shipment. Please note that processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

After your order has been dispatched, delivery usually takes 8-12 business days, depending on your location, local carrier service, customs clearance, and other external factors.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier delays, incorrect address information, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Destinations
Soralenta ships to customers in North America and many international markets. Available shipping destinations may vary depending on the product, shipping carrier, and checkout address.
If your country or region is not available at checkout, this means we are currently unable to ship to that location.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed. The final shipping cost may depend on your delivery location, order value, shipping method, and promotional offers available at the time of purchase.
From time to time, Soralenta may offer free shipping promotions. Free shipping eligibility will be shown at checkout or stated on the relevant promotional page.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking email will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier receives the package.
If you do not see your tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, you may contact us for assistance.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout, including full name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or region, postal code, country, phone number where required, and email address.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at jorgesingh2503@outlook.com. We can only update your address before the order has been processed or shipped.
Soralenta is not responsible for delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
7. Delayed Packages
While we work with reliable shipping carriers, delivery delays may occasionally happen due to customs clearance, local carrier processing, severe weather, high shipping volume, public holidays, or other events outside our control.
If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information first. If there has been no tracking update for an extended period, please contact us and our customer service team will help review the situation.
8. Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that the package is still in transit but has not updated for an unusually long time, please contact us with your order number so we can assist with checking the shipment status.
If a package is confirmed lost after carrier investigation, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
9. Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check your mailbox, front door, porch, reception area, parcel locker, building office, neighbors, or other safe delivery locations.
Please also contact the local carrier as soon as possible, as they may have more detailed delivery information. Soralenta will do our best to assist, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
10. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other local charges may be required by your country or region. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.
Customs duties, taxes, and local fees are charged by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.
Soralenta is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, customs clearance procedures, or local authority processing.
11. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect the package, additional shipping fees, return fees, customs fees, or handling fees may be deducted from any eligible refund.
We recommend monitoring your tracking information and contacting the carrier promptly if delivery action is required.
12. Multiple Shipments
In some cases, items in the same order may be shipped separately due to product availability, warehouse processing, or logistics arrangements. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive more than one tracking number.
13. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the package, shipping label, and damaged item so our support team can review the issue.
After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, exchange, partial refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
14. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Once an order has entered processing, packaging, or shipment preparation, cancellation or changes may no longer be available.
