We do our best to keep product availability accurate, but certain items may become unavailable after an order is placed. If this happens, we may contact you to offer a replacement, alternative item, waitlist option, store credit, or refund.

When you place an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, shipping, and contact information. Soralenta is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or order issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Orders are usually processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and shipment preparation.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 8-12 business days, depending on your location, local carrier service, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking email will be sent to the email address used at checkout. If you do not see the tracking email, please check your spam or junk folder.

7. Order Cancellation

Once an order has entered processing, packaging, or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be available. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Eligible items may be returned or exchanged according to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging where applicable.
